"Roma" officially confirmed that Stephan El Shaarawy is leaving Italy and will continue his career in the top Chinese football league. It is announced that the 26-year-old football player's rights were acquired by Shanghai Shenhua club. They paid 16 million euros for the Italian, including a possible bonus of 2 million euros. The player himself will be able to boast an impressive salary in China - he will be paid 15 million euros per season. Over the course of a three-year contract, the player will earn at least 45 million euros. El Shaarawy started playing for "Roma" in 2016. Since then, he has played 139 matches and scored 40 goals. Previously, the Italian played for teams such as "Milan", "Monaco", "Padova", and "Genoa".
