On Thursday the world was shocked by the news of the death of Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom. As a result, mourning was declared in the country, and on Friday, representatives of the English Premier League made the decision to postpone the matches scheduled for this weekend and Monday. There is currently no decision regarding the matches of the next weekend, but there is a real possibility that they will also be postponed.
As a mark of respect to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, this weekend's Premier League match round will be postponed.
