Liverpool's "Everton" announces that they have acquired the sniper Oumar Niasse from Moscow's "Lokomotiv" for £13.5 million sterling.
The Senegalese signed a four-and-a-half-year contract with the "Toffees".
The 25-year-old forward is valued for his speed and physical strength. This season, he has been the main attacking force of the Russian capital club.
"It's a great day for me, playing in the Premier League and representing Everton was a big dream," Niasse told Everton TV.
"Everton" is one of the best teams in the league, and the Premier League is one of the strongest championships in the world."
This season, in 23 matches, Niasse scored 13 goals and made 10 assists in all competitions.
