Legendary Frank Lampard has confirmed that he is leaving the NYC football team in the MLS.
The veteran announced that he will soon reveal his further career plans.
"I wanted to thank many people for their kindness and support that I felt over the last two seasons.
"I am glad that I had the opportunity to play in a great team in an incredible city," wrote Lampard.
The 38-year-old Englishman scored 15 goals in 31 matches for New York City team.
In the past, he has represented London clubs West Ham United, Swansea, Chelsea, and Man City.
