"Returning to the Premier League, London's Fulham has shaken up the transfer window with unexpected news - they have signed a contract with Nice's representative Jean Seri.
The 26-year-old midfielder was recently linked to Barcelona and this summer, both Chelsea and Arsenal showed interest in him.
However, the player decided to pursue his career in a much humbler team - Fulham signed a four-year contract with him.
J. Seri has been playing for Nice since 2015. A creative midfielder, he played a total of 121 games and scored 11 goals for the team.
Although the exact amount is unknown, it is believed that the London team paid 30 million euros for the African player.
