London's "Tottenham" officially confirmed that the 23-year-old Argentine is joining their team.
"Spurs" confirmed that they have agreed with "Real Betis" on a player's loan contract. For a one-year loan, "Spurs" will pay 16 million euros, and in order to buy the player's contract next summer, they will have to pay another about 40 million euros.
Lo Celso, who plays in a defensive position, spent only one season in Spain. He played 46 matches in the ranks of "Real Betis," scored 16 goals, and made six assists.
Before arriving in Spain, he spent three years at Paris Saint-Germain.
