The German government has allowed the organizers of the „Bundesliga“ championship to resume the 2019-20 season. The government has agreed that the matches of the first and second country's football divisions would be resumed in the second half of May. The exact date when the championship will start again will be announced by the league itself, which will hold a special video conference on Thursday. It was previously stated that the championship would be extended until May 15. It is likely that this date will be the point from which clubs will move forward. The „Bundesliga“ championship was suspended on March 13. There are still 9 rounds left to play until the end of the season.
