Official: "Inter" strengthened by Croatian I.Perišič

"Wolfsburg" confirmed on their official website that they have sold winger Ivan Perisic to Milan's "Inter" team for an undisclosed fee.

After Roberto Mancini lost Xherdano Shaqiri, rumors began to spread in the media that the Swiss player would be replaced by the Croatian. Perisic himself reached a long-term contract agreement with "Inter."

"The time spent at 'Wolfsburg' was unforgettable, but now I have new challenges ahead," said Perisic after the end of the negotiations. "I wish the best of luck to 'Wolfsburg' club."

The 26-year-old footballer was acquired by the "Wolves" in 2013 from Dortmund's "Borussia." In 2.5 seasons, the winger played 84 matches, scored 20 goals, and provided 16 assists.
