Official: Investors from China acquired the "Milan" club

"Milan" club saga for a new owner has ended - today it was officially confirmed that 99.9 percent of the shares in the legendary Italian football team were acquired by the "Rossoneri Sport Investment Lux" group. Chinese businessman Yonghong Li, who controls the mentioned consortium, has long failed to reach an agreement on the sale of the "Milan" club. However, the businessman from China found new investments for his company from an American risk insurance fund, and negotiations were concluded at today's meeting. The official "Milan" club website announced that the new owners paid 740 million euros for the acquisition of all rights to the club. The new owners also acquired the existing debt of 220 million euros. The new owners from China take over the management of AC Milan from the infamous Italian politician Silvio Berlusconi. Despite his scandalous reputation, S. Berlusconi led the fashion capital club to famous victories over the course of 31 years and ensured its reputation as one of the greatest clubs of all time.
