Legendary London "Chelsea" defender John Terry, who became a free agent this summer, will continue his career in the "Championship" league.
"Aston Villa" club confirmed on their official website the arrival of the 36-year-old center-back to the legendary English club.
J. Terry, who has spent almost his entire career at "Chelsea," arrived in Birmingham this afternoon and signed a one-year contract with "Aston Villa" club.
Having made his debut in the Premier League in 1998, J. Terry played 14 matches last season for "Chelsea," scored a goal, and helped the team, led by Antonio Conte, to triumph in the English league.
Throughout his career, J. Terry has appeared 723 times and scored 67 goals for the England national team, without missing a single match.
Last season, in the second division of English football, "Aston Villa" finished in 13th place.
