Official: "Juventus" acquired "Aston Villa" defender

The Juventus team continues to work on assembling their squad.

It has been officially announced that the club has been joined by Aston Villa defender Douglas Luiz.

The 26-year-old Brazilian cost the Serie A club 21 million pounds sterling, and two Juventus players - winger Samuel Ilingas-Junior and defender Enzo Barrenechea - also made their way to England.

In the last Premier League season, D. Luiz scored 9 goals and provided 5 assists in 35 matches. The tenacious player also received 12 yellow cards.
