"Juventus" found a replacement for Dani Alves - the Italian champions officially announced that they have signed a five-year contract with 24-year-old Italian national team full-back Mattia De Sciglio.
"Milan" academy graduate and a main team player since 2011, the defender cost "Juventus" €12 million. M. De Sciglio is expected to become the main right-back for the "old lady," although the Italian can also successfully play on the left side.
The defender arrived in Turin yesterday and successfully passed a medical examination. Currently, M. De Sciglio is traveling to the United States with the "Juventus" team to start preparations for the new season.
An Italian who made his debut in the "Milan" team in 2011, De Sciglio played a total of 133 matches for the "rossoneri," but did not score a single goal.
M. De Sciglio became the fourth new player for "Juventus" this summer, joining Rodrigo Bentancur, Douglas Costa, and Wojciech Szczesny.
