Official: "Juventus" rented M. Benatia from "Bayern"

Yesterday, after successfully passing a medical exam, Medhi Benatia officially joined Turin's Juventus. The "Bianconeri" rented the center-back for the season with the option to acquire all rights to the Moroccan player in the summer of 2017.

For the loan during the season, Juventus will pay €3 million to Bayern Munich, and after the season, they will have the option to buy the player's contract for €17 million.

The 29-year-old footballer is well known in Italian football. In 2010, the defender left France and moved to Udinese, and three years later he joined Roma.

After a great season with Roma in 2014, Bayern decided to acquire the Moroccan for €26 million, but he failed to meet expectations in two seasons, leading Bayern to decide to part ways with him for the upcoming season.

M. Benatia became the third player to strengthen Juventus this summer. Previously, the Italian champions added Miralem Pjanic and Dani Alves.
