„Manchester City“ officially announced on Wednesday that one of the team's leaders, Kevin De Bruyne, has signed a new contract with the club. The new contract of the 29-year-old Belgian will be valid until the summer of 2025. The old contract would have expired two years earlier. „I couldn't be happier. From the moment I joined „City“, I felt at home. I love our fans, and my family has already settled in Manchester. My game has also risen to a higher level in this club“, - K. De Bruyne said after signing the contract. During all negotiations, the Belgian national team member did not even use the services of an agent, as he had no doubts about his decision to stay in the ranks of „Man City“. K. De Bruyne has been playing for the 'City' since 2015 and during this time he has played 255 matches, scored 65 goals, and made 105 assists. ⚠️ DEFENDERS BEWARE ⚠️We're thrilled to announce @DeBruyneKev has signed a contract extension until 2025! ⚡️Tap to read the full story ⬇️🔷 #ManCity | https://t.co/axa0klD5re — Manchester City (@ManCity) April 7, 2021
