Official: Kuyt extends contract with "Liverpool"

The team's website reported that striker Dirk Kuyt has extended his contract with the club for another year.

According to the new contract, the 30-year-old Dutch national team footballer has committed to stay with the 'reds' until June 30, 2013.

In 2006, Liverpool paid Feyenoord £10 million for Kuyt.
