"Barcelona" team today confirmed that they have reached an agreement with the "Paris Saint-Germain" team defender Lucas Digne, who has become the new team acquisition.
The 22-year-old Frenchman will cost "Barca" a sum of 16.5 million euros, and they may have to add four more if the team and Digne themselves achieve the necessary results.
The full-back started his career at "Lille" and in 2013 he moved to the PSG team. However, he failed to establish himself among the French champions, and last year the defender was loaned to the "Roma" club, where he played 29 matches in the "Serie A" championship and scored three goals.
Digne, who will sign a five-year contract with the new team, is the third purchase of the "Barcelona" club this summer. It was reported earlier that Barcelona had reacquired Denis Suarez, and just yesterday it was announced that Samuel Umtiti would be joining "Barca".
