Official: "Leicester City" to be led by C. Ranieri

"Leicester City" club has fired head coach Nigel Pearson, who will be replaced by Claudio Ranieri. The experienced 63-year-old specialist signed a three-year contract and joined his new team in Austria. Marcelo Bielsa, Martin O'Neill and Peter Schmeichel were linked with the team that last year climbed to the "Premier" league, but ultimately a deal was reached with Ranieri. The Italian was the first manager of London's "Chelsea" at the beginning of the Roman Abramovich era, but later he did not achieve great success while coaching "Inter" Milan and "Monaco". Additionally, the Greek national team he coached lost to the Faroe Islands.
