Official: "Liverpool" acquires M. Salah for 45 million euros

"Liverpool" finally officially confirmed the acquisition of 25-year-old Egyptian national team and "Roma" club winger Mohamed Salah.

It is announced that Jurgen Klopp's team did not hesitate to pay 45 million euros for the Egyptian. This means that M. Salah became the most expensive purchase for "Liverpool" after Christian Benteke's acquisition.

The player himself shook hands with "Liverpool" for a five-year contract. He will wear the number 11 jersey in the "Reds" ranks.

For a while, there was no doubt about M. Salah's arrival in Liverpool. The African had already reached an agreement with the "Liverpool" club much earlier, but the completion of the transfer was delayed due to disagreements over the player's final price.

M. Salah played for the "Roma" team in the last two seasons. During that time, the Egyptian managed to play 83 matches and score 34 goals.

The "Premier" league will not be a new stage in the career of the Egyptian - he was acquired by London's "Chelsea" club in 2014 and played 19 matches there.
