Unsettled striker Milan Jovanovic signed a two-year contract with Brussels on Tuesday.
The 30-year-old Serbian arrived at Liverpool last summer and, according to unofficial data, earned up to 140 thousand euros per week.
He failed to shine in the English championship, so Liverpool bosses did not hide their desire to get rid of the expensive footballer and agreed to release him to Anderlecht without a transfer fee.
In Belgium, Jovanovic is expected to earn about 1.5 million euros per year.
He failed to score in his first ten matches in the English Premier League.
