London's "Chelsea" announced on Sunday evening on their official website that they have signed a four-year contract with "Queens Park Rangers" forward Loic Remy.
Recently, there have been reports in the press that the 27-year-old footballer will move to London's "Arsenal", but with the departure of Fernando Torres from the "Blues", Jose Mourinho wasted no time in attracting the Frenchman.
It is believed that L. Remy cost around 10 million euros for the London team.
"I feel very happy to have signed a contract with Chelsea. When I heard that this club wanted me, I didn't hesitate to move, because it is one of the best clubs in the world," said the forward.
Last season, L. Remy played on loan at "Newcastle" and scored 14 goals in 27 matches.
