Today, Madrid officially announced that the fifth club signing this summer was Celta's defensive midfielder Peter Luccin, who had dropped from the highest Spanish league ("La Liga").
So far, Atletico has already signed contracts with Leo Franco, Perea, Antonio Lopez, and Pablo.
The 25-year-old Luccin was also highly sought after by the Spanish super club. Atletico reports that an agreement had already been reached with the player some time ago, but they had to wait until "Celta" resolved legal disputes with former French club "Paris Saint-Germain".
It is likely that Luccin will be officially presented only next week, after all legal issues have been resolved. It is said that Luccin will sign a three-year contract with the club from the Spanish capital.
