Bergamo "Atalanta" officially presented their new acquisition - center-back Merih Demiral from "Juventus" club. The 23-year-old Turkish player joins "Atalanta" on a loan basis, but there is an option to buy after the season. The total transfer fee is 30 million euros, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano. M. Demiral has been wanting to become a key part of the team at "Juventus" for some time, but often failed to do so and was usually just a substitute. However, this Turkish player's actions in the transfer market were highly valued, as he has excellent physical attributes and plays well in the second level as well as with his feet. In the last two seasons, M. Demiral played 27 matches for the Turin "Juventus" team. In "Atalanta" club, this center-back should be a replacement for C. Romero, who is moving to the "Tottenham" team.
