On Wednesday, Borussia Dortmund announced that they have reached an agreement with Bayern Munich regarding the acquisition of midfielder Mats Hummels. It is reported that BVB will pay approximately 38 million euros for the 30-year-old German, and the player will undergo a medical examination and sign a contract in the near future.
According to unofficial information, the midfielder will sign a three-year contract with Dortmund and earn more than 10 million euros per year. M. Hummels has already played for BVB from 2008 to 2016, when he transferred to Bayern for more than 30 million euros.
During his time at Borussia, the defender played in 309 matches and scored 25 goals. In three years at Bayern, M. Hummels played in 118 matches and scored 8 goals.
