"Watford" official website confirmed that the position of head coach is taken over by 39-year-old Portuguese Marco Silva. "Vicarage Road" had to start looking for a new strategist after announcing at the end of the season that the contract with Walter Mazzarri was terminated by mutual agreement. M. Silva arrived in the "Premier" League only in January of this year - he took over as coach of "Hull City". However, he failed to keep the team in the top division of the country, but the strategist still earned a good reputation in the "Premier" League even after such results. The promising strategist signed a contract with "Watford" until 2019. M. Silva has also managed Piraeus "Olympiacos", Lisbon "Sporting" and "Estoril" teams.
