Today it was officially confirmed that Martin Škrtel has moved from the "Liverpool" team to the "Fenerbahce" club.
The 31-year-old player arrived in Turkey on Tuesday night and successfully passed a medical examination yesterday. Today, the "Fenerbahce" club officially confirmed that they acquired this member of the Slovak national team for a sum of 5.5 million pounds.
Škrtel has been playing for "Liverpool" team since 2008 and has played a total of 320 matches and scored 18 goals for the club. He will be presented as the new center-back in his new club on Friday.
