Manchester United officially confirmed on Monday that Odion Ighalo, who joined the team on loan basis in January, will stay with the team until January 31, 2021. The initial loan agreement of the 30-year-old Nigerian, who belongs to Shanghai Shenhua team, expired on May 31, but the Chinese club agreed to extend it. It was previously announced that Shanghai club would allow O. Ighalo to stay longer in Manchester if he signs a new long-term contract. However, journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that "Man Utd" will have the opportunity to acquire all rights to the player in January. The striker has already scored 4 goals in 8 matches played with "Man Utd".
