Official: "Napoli" shakes hands with F. Llorente

Fernando Llorente returns to the Serie A after a four-year break.

Napoli has officially confirmed that they have signed a two-year contract with the Spanish player who was without a club this summer. He left London's Tottenham in the summer when his two-year contract expired.

F. Llorente is arriving in Italy for the second time in his career. From 2013 to 2015, the striker defended the colors of Turin's Juventus and played in more than 90 matches.

Afterwards, his career took him to Sevilla, then Swansea, and finally Tottenham.

During the last season, the 34-year-old player played 35 matches and scored eight goals.

With F. Llorente, Napoli completed their transfer window signings - this summer, the club also welcomed Hirving Lozano, Giovanni Di Lorenzo, Kostas Manolas, Filippo Costa, and Eljif Elmas.
