London's "West Ham" official website reported that they have reached an agreement with free agent Patrice Evra. The 36-year-old footballer will help the "hammers" until the end of the season. The defender was supposed to finish the season with the "Marseille" team, but after an incident where the Frenchman kicked a fan, P. Evra was removed from the team and banned for a year from any UEFA tournament. "West Ham" does not compete in Europe, so P. Evra is ready to help the team in their battle to avoid relegation from the English Premier League. Currently, "West Ham" holds the 12th position, but they are only three points away from the relegation zone, so any team from the lower half of the table still has a chance to drop down a division. P. Evra will wear the jersey of another team in England for the first time - throughout his career in this country (from 2006 to 2014), the defender defended the honor of the "Man Utd" club.
