"Man City" team continues to undergo changes.
It has been officially announced that defender Pablo Zabaleta has left the team and become a free agent, moving to London's "West Ham United" club.
The 32-year-old Argentine defender has represented the Manchester team for nine seasons.
It is reported that the veteran has signed a contract with the "hammers" until the summer of 2019.
In the previous season of the Premier League, Zabaleta received two yellow cards in 20 matches.
