The Paris "Saint-Germain" club acquired its third footballer this week.

Officially, the team was joined by "Napoli" striker Edinson Cavani (€64.5 million), a left-back from "Lille" (€15 million), and now "Roma" midfielder Marquinhos.

According to unofficial data, the Paris club paid €35 million for the 19-year-old footballer.

Altogether, a little over €110 million was paid for these three footballers.

The Brazilian started his career in his homeland, with the San Paulo "Corinthians" team. In the summer of 2012, the defender was loaned out to the "Roma" club, and after half a year, in January 2013, he became a full member of the Italian capital team.

Overall, "Roma" paid €4.5 million for this promising footballer, and in six months his price increased about eight times.

During last season, the footballer played 30 matches for the "Roma" team.

According to the media, the acquisition of Marquinhos could mean that another Brazilian, Thiago Silva, may leave the team, as he is most interested in the services of the "Barcelona" team.
