Thorgan Hazard, who cannot find a place in the Borussia Dortmund team, will spend the second half of the season in the Netherlands.
Eindhoven's PSV announced the loan of the 29-year-old Belgian for the rest of the season.
This season, the forward has played only 5 games in the starting eleven, while 14 times he came off the bench.
T. Hazard will replace Cody Gakpo in the ranks of PSV, who moved to Liverpool at the beginning of the transfer window.
