London's Chelsea has announced that they have finalized all the details regarding the loan of Radamel Falcao.
The Colombian, who arrived at Monaco in 2013 for 60 million euros, will spend the entire 2015-16 season among the aristocrats.
Meanwhile, 20-year-old striker Mario Pasalic will move to the Ligue 1 team for a year.
"I am very happy to join Chelsea and I can't wait to start training and help achieve our goal of retaining the league title and performing successfully in Europe," Falcao told the club's official website.
Last season, Falcao, who also represented Manchester United on loan, did not demonstrate good form. He managed to score only four goals in 29 matches.
