Unexpectedly stepping down from the helm of the Wales national team, Chris Coleman, the country's football federation announced a new national team leader. From now on, the Wales team will be led by "Manchester United" legend Ryan Giggs, for whom this will be his first professional job in the men's coaching seat. The 44-year-old coach worked as an assistant to Louis van Gaal at "Man Utd" in 2014, but after the Dutchman's dismissal, he left the ranks of the "Red Devils" and has since deepened his theoretical knowledge of football. It is reported that R. Giggs has signed a four-year contract with the Wales football federation. Recall that the Wales national team failed to qualify for this year's World Cup, so R. Giggs will officially begin competing in the next year when the qualification for the European Championship begins.
