Despite the fact that "Roma" this summer was forced to sell several important players, midfielder Radja Nainggolan decided to sign a new contract with this club.
The Belgian national team member has recently been linked to a move to Inter Milan, as Roma's former coach Luciano Spalletti, who moved to Inter, talked about working on this transfer.
Also, the 29-year-old footballer has been actively followed by the strongest English clubs for several years, but ultimately he decided to stay in the Italian capital.
"I think I showed that I wanted this all along," - Nainggolan told the official Roma website.
"So, I am very happy, especially because we can continue our adventure with the club and move forward together."
Nainggolan joined Roma on loan basis in January 2014, and then signed a long-term contract the following summer. He has now extended his cooperation with Roma until 2021.
Happy days!
