"Swansea City" officially confirmed that they leased Bayern Munich's midfielder Renato Sanches for one season. The 20-year-old Portuguese is moving to England after a disappointing season in the Bundesliga. Having performed well both for Lisbon's "Benfica" and in the European Championship, the 20-year-old arrived in Germany last season for 35 million euros, but did not succeed in this country. In order to get more playing time, the Portuguese now needed to find a new team, which will be "Swans", who fought for survival in the Premier League last season. According to Kicker, "Swansea" will pay 8.5 million euros for Sanches' loan, but there will not be a option to buy the defender's contract.
