The Madrid "Real" club officially announced the extended contract with Luka Modrić.

The 37-year-old Croatian midfielder put pen to paper on a one-year deal.

This summer, the midfielder received tempting offers from Saudi Arabia, but he prioritized his fate in Madrid.

L. Modrić has been defending the honor of "Real" since 2012.
