Representatives from Madrid announced that the royal club has acquired two Uruguayan players - Pablo Garcia and Carlos Diogo. Both South Americans today put their final signatures on the contract in the Spanish capital.

Former "Osasuna" player Pablo Garcia signed a 4-year contract with the Madrid club, while Diogo, who played for "River Plate," signed for 5 years. The average price for a "La Liga" player for "Osasuna" will be 4 million euros and Borja Fernandez. The transfer fee for 21-year-old Carlos Diogo is undisclosed.

28-year-old Garcia has played for "Atletico," "Milan," and "Venezia" during his career and is considered one of the fiercest defensive midfielders in the world - he received a yellow card 18 times in the last season.

Carlos Diogo usually plays as a right-back, but can also play as a defensive midfielder. Both Uruguayan players will be presented to the fans next week and will travel with the "galactics" on a tour of America, China, Japan, and Thailand.
