"Liverpool" legend Steven Gerrard will start gaining serious coaching experience - he has shaken hands with the Scottish "Rangers" club. The 37-year-old Englishman worked at the "Liverpool" youth academy this season. Gerrard did not stay in this team for long and became a pundit for "BT Sport." "Rangers" decided to invite the famous Englishman to the club, signing a four-year contract with the Scottish team. He will start working at the club in July. "I can't wait to start this journey with the Rangers club. I hope we can continue the success that this club has built over the years," said Gerrard. "Rangers" did not have the best season - Glasgow's "Celtic" has already secured the championship title, while "Rangers" currently holds the third position with three more rounds to play. Gerrard will replace Graeme Murty in the "Rangers" coaching seat after a disappointing season against "Celtic."
The former @LFC and @England captain will join the club this summer on a four-year deal.
