Madrird's "Atletico" official website announced that World Cup runner-up Sime Vrsaljko is moving to Milan's "Inter". The transfer of the 26-year-old right-back to the fashion capital team had been known for a few days. Today, the deal was officially confirmed - "Inter" is loaning him with the option to acquire all rights next summer. The deal with "Inter" will cost 25 million euros - 6.5 million for the season-long loan and 17.5 million for a likely deal after the season. "Inter" sought a right-back after Joao Cancelo also left on a season-long loan. S. Vrsaljko arrived at "Atletico" in 2016 and played 54 matches during that time. This won't be the first experience in "Serie A" for the Croatian - before moving to the Spanish capital, he played for three years in the "Genoa" and "Sassuolo" teams. "Atletico" did not look long for a replacement for the Croatian national team player - immediately after saying goodbye to S. Vrsaljko, the Spanish capital team announced the acquisition of Santiago Arias. The defender participated in the world championship this summer with the Colombian national team and made a positive impression. After the tournament, it was known that it was only a matter of time before the Colombian left PSV Eindhoven. S. Arias arrived in Europe in 2011 - initially he played for the Lisbon "Sporting" team and only in 2013 joined PSV. In the Netherlands, the player has played almost 150 matches and scored nine goals in total. According to unofficial information, "Atletico" paid 11 million euros for S. Arias. The player will soon arrive in Madrid and sign a five-year contract.
