Official: "Sevilla" buys J. Hernandez from "West Ham"

"Sevilla" has confirmed the signing of Mexican national team striker Javier Hernandez. The 31-year-old Mexican, who spent the last two years at "West Ham," joins the Andalusians for a fee of 8 million euros. He is set to play for "Sevilla" for the next three seasons. J. Hernandez joined "West Ham" in 2017, but did not become the leader of the attack. In total, he played 63 games for the "Hammers" and scored 17 goals. The Mexican is no stranger to "La Liga" as he played for Real Madrid on loan in the 2014-15 season. This summer, "Sevilla" welcomed 12 new players: Moanes Dabour, Diego Carlos, Joan Jordan, Luuk de Jong, Jules Kounde, Lucas Ocampos, Sergio Reguilon, Fernando, Oliver Torres, Rony Lopes, and Nemanja Gudelj.
