Dortmund's "Borussia" announced very pleasant news to their fans as the transfer window comes to a close. The official club website informs that midfielder Shinji Kagawa is returning to the "yellow and black" ranks.
The 25-year-old Japanese player moved to "Manchester United" in the summer of 2012, but did not become a regular starter. It is announced that "Borussia" and S. Kagawa have signed a four-year contract.
"A few days ago we found out that we had the opportunity to bring back Shinji Kagawa," said sporting director Michael Zorc. "Of course, we chose this option and brought back this top-class footballer."
In the ranks of the "Red Devils," the midfielder played 57 matches and scored six goals. In the "Borussia" team, S. Kagawa played for two seasons, appearing in 71 matches and scoring 29 times.
