Official: S.Khedira joins "Juventus" as a player

On June 30, Sami Khedira, who will become a free agent, shook hands with the Italian champions Turin's "Juventus" club. The 28-year-old footballer has been playing for Madrid's "Real" team since 2010, but the Spaniards decided not to renew the contract with the German and permanently part ways. Earlier, S.Khedira was also linked with English "Premier" league giants, including "Chelsea" and "Arsenal". There were also rumors that the defender could return to the "Bundesliga", but next season the world champion will wear the "Bianconeri" jersey. It is officially announced that the defender will sign a four-year contract with "Juventus". S.Khedira spent five seasons in Madrid. In the first three, the German was a solid starter, but the last two did not allow him to perform due to constant injuries. Nevertheless, the footballer played 161 matches for the "white" team and won seven titles.
