London's "Tottenham" club presented its latest acquisition - center-back Toby Alderweireld.
Last season's loanee in the ranks of "Southampton" has been acquired for 11.5 million euros.
At the age of 26, the footballer became the third "Spurs" purchase this summer. Earlier, two more defenders Kevin Wimmer and Kieran Trippier joined the team.
Alderweireld himself claims to be very happy about this move and cannot wait to play in the same team with his compatriots Jan Vertonghen, Moussa Dembele, and Nacer Chadli.
However, this transfer may become somewhat controversial, as "Southampton", who had the opportunity to finalize the Belgian's contract, was not allowed to exercise this right. Therefore, the "Saints" are considering taking legal action.
