One of the strongest national teams on the planet, Argentina, has started changes after entering a streak of failures.
The CONMEBOL World Cup qualification group team, occupying only the fifth place, fired head coach Edgardo Bauza.
The recent loss (0:2) against Bolivia forced the leaders of the Argentine federation to think about changes, and the decision that was previously announced in the local media - was accepted.
H.E. Bauza, who achieved only six victories in 14 qualification matches, is forced to look for a new job.
"We have reached an agreement. We have already informed the specialist that he is relieved of his duties with the national team," said AFA President Claudio Tapia.
In the past, Bauza has worked at clubs like "Sao Paulo" or "San Lorenzo."
The most realistic candidate to take over the position is Jorge Sampaoli from the "Sevilla" team.
