“Tottenham” officially completed another transfer.
The London club acquired 16-year-old center-back Luka Vuskovic from Split's “Hajduk” for £12 million.
This wonderkid attracted a lot of attention from other European clubs, including “Manchester City” and PSG.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy had to negotiate with Mindaugas Nikolic, who is the sports director of “Hajduk.” Previously, Valdas Dambrauskas led the main team of this club, and other Lithuanians have also worked there.
By the way, “Hajduk” also has another very interesting talent - Rokas Pukstas. The center-back with Lithuanian roots represented the USA national team in the U20 World Cup and will likely choose them at the senior level.
Speaking of Vuskovic, he will join Tottenham in 2025 when he turns 18.
#Tottenham will pay £12m for Luka Vusković, the most expensively paid defender at his age [16] in the history of football!
