„Tottenham“ club officially confirmed that the team was bolstered by Leverkusen's „Bayer“ winger Heung-min Son.
South Korea's national team leader signed a 5-year contract with the North London club and will wear the number 7 jersey. It is believed that the transfer cost around 22 million pounds.

H. Son will still need to obtain a work permit in the UK, but in his case, it should be just a formality.
Overall, H. Son played 89 matches and scored 29 goals in his time at „Bayer“ club.
The Korean became the fourth „Tottenham“ signing this summer after Clinton N'Jie, Kieran Trippier, and Kevin Wimmer.
