On Tuesday, London's Tottenham announced their first purchase of this summer.
The Spurs officially agreed with Leeds United for the acquisition of 18-year-old forward Jack Clarke.
A deal has been signed with the promising English player until 2023, but he will continue to play on loan with Leeds United for the next season.
The footballer himself was delighted to join Tottenham and also stated that his main goal now is to help the Leeds team rise to the Premier League.
"I am happy to have the opportunity to join the Tottenham team. My immediate plans are to help Leeds United reach the Premier League," Clarke said.
The exact amount paid by Tottenham for the player is not disclosed, but it is estimated to be around £10 million.
This is the first Spurs purchase since January 2018.
