"Valencia" decided to acquire all rights to secure Geoffrey Kondogbia, whom they had rented this season.
The Frenchman signed a contract with "Bats" until 2022, and for that, Milan's "Inter" received approximately 25 million euros in compensation.
"Valencia" also confirmed that the 25-year-old player's buyout clause in the contract is set at 80 million euros.
"I am very happy and proud to be a part of this team," Kondogbia told the club's official website. "Valencia is a wonderful club, and I want to be a part of its history."
"We all know that Valencia is ambitious, which is important to me. I also want to take a step forward in my career, and everything is going well."
After moving from "Monaco" to Milan's "Inter," Kondogbia, who did not fit in with the team this season, played 31 games in "La Liga". He was one of the key players in the team, and they will return to the UEFA Champions League next year.
