"Watford" announces that they have acquired Florentina's winger Mauro Zarate. The Argentine signed a two-and-a-half-year contract.
The 29-year-old footballer has been playing for "Viola" since the winter of 2016, previously representing London's "West Ham" so he is not new to the "Premier" League.
Before that, he also played for "Birmingham City" and "Queens Park Rangers".
The "Watford" coaches likely hope that Zarate will be able to demonstrate a similar form to what he showed in the "Hammers" ranks, scoring seven goals in 29 matches.
In the "Viola" team, he played significantly less - only nine matches. However, the forward stood out with goals in his last two appearances.
"Watford" is currently in fourteenth place in the English championship.
