London's "West Ham" announced that they have acquired Besiktas midfielder Gokhan Tore on loan basis. If this season is successful, the "Hammers" hope to sign him permanently.
The 24-year-old footballer is not new to England - he is a graduate of the "Chelsea" academy.
In an official statement, Tore said: "I am very happy to be a part of West Ham."
"Last season, I watched many of their matches and noticed how passionate the fans are. It aroused my desire to come here, so I can't wait to play in front of them."
"Slaven Bilic also played a crucial role. He is an excellent coach. He is the main man and knows me well. I couldn't say 'no' to him."
"He is the best strategist I have worked with. He is like a father to the players. You feel like in a family."
Last season, Tore played 24 matches in the Turkish league, scoring four goals and providing seven assists.
